Together for the Future: New Horizons and Solidarity in Tourism
The annual evaluation meeting organized by Kilit Hospitality Group (KHG), themed “Together for the Future: New Horizons and Solidarity in Tourism” concluded with a spectacular gala night following three days filled with insight, collaboration, and inspiration.
From February 16 to 20, the Kilit Hospitality Group (KHG) team gathered at Nirvana Cosmopolitan under the theme “Together for the Future: New Horizons and Solidarity in Tourism.” More than just a meeting, the event served as a heartfelt reunion, bringing together KHG employees and their families in a celebration of growth, strength, and a shared vision for the future.
With the participation of Kilit Group’s second and third-generation board members, the event began with a comprehensive review of the previous season. This was followed by a series of sessions outlining strategic goals for the future of the industry. Throughout the program, innovations designed to elevate the guest experience were discussed in detail, setting the stage for new steps to enhance satisfaction across Crystal Hotels and Nirvana Hotels.
Among the event’s distinguished guests were Workforce Development and Training Consultant Asım Ulusoy, who shared valuable insights on employee motivation and innovative leadership strategies, and Prof. Dr. Hülya Şimga, who offered profound philosophical reflections on the human experience and ethics.
During their stay at Nirvana Cosmopolitan, KHG employees and their families enjoyed a memorable hospitality experience. On the evening of February 19, a grand gala night was held, where representatives from all KHG hotels were honored with appreciation plaques. The event culminated in a spectacular performance by renowned artist Özgün, leaving guests with unforgettable memories.
SECOND AND THIRD GENERATIONS UNITED
On the final day of the event, Kilit Group Board Member Tuncay Kilit delivered a heartfelt speech, emphasizing that tourism stands apart from other industries as one built entirely on dreams. “Our guests arrive with a dream in mind, and we promise to make that dream come true. We dream as well, we create concepts and strive to offer the best experiences. For the 2025 season, we are making major preparations, implementing significant innovations across our hotels, and strengthening team spirit through motivational events,” he said.
Following him, Taner Kilit highlighted the importance of unity and solidarity within the team, stating, “I liken life to a stage. We are all actors, each with a unique role to play. Our goal is simply to give our very best.”
Turan Kilit, the first representative of Kilit Group’s third generation, reflected on the weight of responsibility he carries: “This is a relay race, and we must do our part to carry the torch even further. Tourism is one of the most vital sectors for Türkiye, and we will continue to invest with unwavering belief in its future.” Tolga Kilit added, “We pledge to take this torch even higher. After visionaries like Süleyman Kilit, Tuncay Kilit, and Taner Kilit, who built this company with love and passion, it is our mission to carry that same fire forward.”
Günay Kilit Şahin expressed her emotions with the words, “I saw once again with my own eyes just how big and strong a family we are. The experiences and insights shared here are invaluable. I hope 2025 will be a fruitful season for all of us.” Pelin Kilit added, “We draw strength from the past, and take great pride in being part of this deeply rooted institutional culture. This 70-year foundation belongs to all of us, and we promise to honor and uphold its values.”
With its steadfast focus on guest satisfaction and its distinctive mark in the tourism industry, KHG once again underscored its belief in solidarity and sustainable tourism through this meaningful gathering.
